I have been searching all over the internet regarding stress relief because I believe it is so common for so many people these days. The world is always rushing around us, people to please and places to be that we sometimes forget about ourselves. I have come to a place in my life where I feel it is necessary to stop and think about who I am, what makes me happy, what can I do to "stop time" for a moment and relax. I have found that daily meditation really helps me. I am trying to take a few minutes out of ach day to meditate, stop, clear my head, breathe. It really slows my pace and makes me a happier person.
